Avion Coffee is roasted on a Diedrich IR-12 Coffee Roaster which is known as the Lamborghini of Coffee Roasters in the coffee industry.

This incredible machine is manufactured  by a local company;  Diedrich Manufacturing, Inc .   That’s correct a beautiful, functioning, environmentally friendly piece of equipment that is still built in the United States and exported all over the world.

The coffees on menu are as follows:

The Aviatrix – This African and Central American blend makes a perfect cup any time of day. Roasted light to keep it smooth. Inspired by all those female pilots with their scarves blowing in the wind! Mysterious floral, and fruit notes with a wisp of clove. Aviatrix pleases even the most daring of coffee drinkers. Blueberries and drinking chocolate, with that appealing malty mid-tone. Amazing sweetness and very uniform consistency. Light bodied and delicately acidic. This has Southeast Asian, South American and African origins. 

Mile High -
Distinctive and robust with ripened fruit , and a nutty finish. Medium roasted blend of African and Southeast Asian beans for a smooth body. A favorite Avion Signature blend, Mile High is sure to make you feel like part of the club! Amazing sweetness and very uniform consistency. Maple syrup and hints of blueberry in the acidity. Southeast Asian and African origins. 

Wild Blue -
A bold and robust blend of the finest hand-picked beans Central America has to offer. Roasted specifically to bring out the snappy, sparkling finish that makes Wild Blue an all-time favorite! Very consistent medium body coffee that is crisp and dry, with green apple acidity and a brisk finish. Central and South American origins. 

Mystere Espresso -
Complex and distinctive. Mystere Espresso is always sweet and never bitter! The scrumptious crema makes a fabulous straight shot, and blends very nicely with textured milk, syrups, and sauces. Consistent. Exceptionally sweet with hints of caramel and toffee. Nice acidity balanced with thick, creamy, aromatic crema. Proprietary blend. 

Midnight Journey Decaf -
Wonderful lasting body with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. Swiss Water Processed all natural and chemical-free. Spicy, sweet aromatics, slightly syrupy body with sugar cane sweetness, and clean finish. Central American coffees. 

Dakota Blend -
Replaces Peru Single Origin. Creamy and dreamy! This beautiful blend is smooth, deep, and has a lingering syrupy finish. Roasted a bit darker to keep ’em coming back for more! Excellent balance of syrupy low tones with round fruit top notes. Bitter-sweet chocolate characteristics with a lasting medium body. Predominately Peruvian and southeast Asian coffee. 

Ethiopian -
Light floral notes and a refreshing finish. A true coffee aficionado’s coffee from the origin where coffee began. Roasted to showcase Ethiopia’s medium body, and mild acidity for a distinctively fine cup. Blueberries and drinking chocolate, with that appealing malty mid-tone. Amazing sweetness and very uniform consistency. Ethiopia Harrar. 

Honduras -
Very crisp , even bodied coffee with hints of citrus and fruit. This coffee is great anytime of day with it’s bold flavor and clean finish. 100% Honduran coffee.
